Our Courses
Pistol concealed carry course, practical and tactical
We will begin the day with how and when to employ your weapon efficiently and effectively as well as address lawful use of force. You will learn how to employ your pistol at various distances, firing positions, and rates of fire. By the end of the course, you will have mastered the basics of safely operating a pistol - shooting positions, grip, sight picture, sight alignment, trigger squeeze, clearing stoppages, and magazine changes.
Participants who complete this course will be eligible for a non-resident concealed weapons permit. These permits are valid for a term of 7 years in 36 states.
Pistol and rifle combat ready
We will begin the day with weapon setup, parts of the weapon, disassembly/reassembly, function checking, and zeroing your rifle. You will learn how to employ your rifle at various distances, firing positions, and rates of fire. By the end of the course, you will have mastered the basics of safely operating a Pistol and AR-type rifle - shooting positions, grip, sight picture, sight alignment, trigger squeeze, clearing stoppages, and magazine changes. You will learn how to take your weapon from the point of storage to effective rounds on target. This will be accomplished by learning how to store, retrieve, load, and employ your weapon efficiently and effectively, as well as address the lawful use of force.
Participants who complete this course will be eligible for a non-resident concealed weapons permit. These permits are valid for a term of 7 years in 36 states.

What to Bring
- Full size (Glock 17 or equivalent) or compact pistol (Glock 19 or equivalent, no back up guns or revolvers)
- Rifle: AR-15 type operating system (Pistol and rifle combat ready event only)
- Eye Protection (sunglasses are acceptable)
- Electronic Hearing Protection
- Sturdy Belt
- Magazine Holster
- Holster (that does not collapse against the body when the pistol is drawn)
- 200 Rounds (Pistol and rifle combat ready event: 200for pistol, 200 for rifle)
- 9mm Barrel Safety Plug
- Long Pants
- Closed-toed shoes
- Photo ID
- Water, food, snacks
- Sunscreen
- Magazine Speed Loader
- Hat
- Keep firearms in vehicles. Please take care that when arriving at training sites, participants are not to remove from their vehicles or otherwise handle firearms until instructed to do so by the event cadre. In an effort to enforce good firearms safety and best practices, we would ask that firearms remain in vehicles until specifically told to bring them out.
